Sr. Legal Advisor

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Providing support to the General Counsel and Company Management across the range of the Department’s legal interests, risks and obligations.
2. Provide legal advice and guidance with respect to contractual issues arising under the Company’s financing and utility agreements.
3. Participate in contracts negotiations as required with vendors and other third parties to reach terms that are satisfactory to the Company.
4. Assist in developing a first-in class Corporate Governance Program. Ensure high level Business standard and ethics are adhered to.
5. Assist in supervising work product of junior attorneys.
6. Maintain and manage a reference base for all relevant Saudi and International laws.

Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree Law (Masters a plus)
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in legal work in an industrial environment.
- Experience in contract law and supply chain (Oil and Gas experience a plus)
- Proficient in English (Arabic a plus)
