Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess employee training needs and develop customized development programs.
  • Design and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with department heads to create career pathing and succession planning strategies.
  • Conduct employee surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and insights on employee engagement initiatives.
  • Develop strategies to foster a positive workplace culture that promotes retention and job satisfaction.
  • Use HR analytics to track the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and report findings to management.
  • Maintain and analyze talent management metrics, providing actionable insights to improve processes.
  • Partner with HR leadership to ensure alignment of talent management initiatives with overall business strategy.
  • Advise on best practices for managing talent-related issues and fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  • Ensure all talent management programs comply with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Address potential risks related to talent management processes and recommend solutions.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 14 years of experience in talent management, HR, or organizational development.
  • Strong understanding of talent management practices, performance management systems, and employee development strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and talent management software; familiarity with data analytics tools is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align talent management initiatives with business strategies.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing data to assess the effectiveness of talent management programs.
  • Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills to work effectively across departments and with diverse teams.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and capable of adjusting to changing organizational needs and priorities.
